This policy explains what data we process when you visit the MindHacking Challenge page and, in particular, when you send us a request through the contact form.
1. Controller
Cyber Zen SL (CyberZen.Team), a company based in Spain (Madrid & Valencia), which builds and operates MindHacking.
Privacy contact: hello@cyberzen.team
2. What data we process
- Contact form: the request type you choose, your name, your e-mail and, if you provide them, your company name and a description of your event or question.
- Technical data: like any website, the hosting server and the content delivery network (CDN) serving some images automatically record your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type. This is needed to show you the site and keep it secure.
- Language preference: the site stores only your chosen language in your browser (localStorage) to remember it next time. It is never sent to a server.
This page uses no cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising pixels.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Handling your request and preparing a proposal (e.g. for an event or tournament): steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Ongoing communication and any resulting business relationship: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Operating and securing the website (technical data): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for advertising without your consent and make no automated decisions about you.
4. Retention
We keep form data as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the business relationship. After that we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Technical data is deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Google LLC (Google Apps Script): receives and handles contact-form submissions.
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
- jsDelivr: content delivery network (CDN) serving some images on the page.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in the United States or run servers outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to hello@cyberzen.team. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the authority of your EU country of residence.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only, and access to submitted requests is limited to the team that handles them.
9. Changes
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and its date.
